  • Do I need to order 6 pieces at a time?
  • The minimum of your order must be at least six pieces. You can mix colors, sizes and styles. Email us to set up you account. New accounts are usually available in 24 hours.
  • How do I access a Price List?
  • Once you have your account number and password you will have access to your price list
  • Are there any drop ship charges?
  • If you have more than one drop ship location, there is $8.00 charge per location
  • Do all golf towels come with a hook & grommet?
  • All golf towels come with H&G. All towels with H&G have CL, TR or UM suffix. Hook and grommet order ship within 72 hours.
  • What is your average turnaround time?
  • Blank Orders are shipped within 48 hours. ALL EXPEDITED ORDERS MUST BE CONFIRMED BY A CSR.
  • What is your method of shipping?
  • All orders will be shipped pre-paid UPS or Fed-Ex ground. If you prefer to ship via expedited or common carrier you must indicate on your order.

  • What are the Terms of Sales?
  • All approved accounts will be invoiced at Net 30 days. All others will be on credit card terms. Sorry no COD’s. All sales are FOB San Diego, CA 92154
  • What is your return policy?
  • All claims must be made to Terry Town within 10 working days of invoice date. Failure to do so will void all claims. All products must be inspected prior to imprinting. No claims will be accepted for products that have already been embroidered or printed. If washing instructions are not followed, returns will not be accepted. Imprinted products must be washed separately in cold water and line dried prior to use. Please do not use bleach or launder commercially. Adhesive tape should never be used for positioning or any other purpose on terry or terry velour products. Towels ordered with hook and grommet are not returnable for credit. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge and must be shipped pre-paid by customer. All returns have a return authorization number obtained from Terry Town prior to shipping.
